However, she made massive changes to her life a few years back and is now the complete antithesis of what she was, she is definitely now a very happy and very healthy bitch!

Looking after you can sometimes be a tough gig. You've got to take up new habits and drop ones that are no longer serving. You may also have to rearrange your priorities and that can involve being strict with yourself and others at times. Being hot and healthy is all about saying ‘yes’ to you and your health and wellbeing. Taking control of your body and making sure that you look after you is so important as no one is going to. We believe eating healthily needn’t be boring, tasteless or time consuming to prepare. We teach how easy it is to put a bit of ‘va va voom’ into your meals without making things complicated, so everyone is kept fuelled and energised throughout the day.
Exercise is great, but most of us don’t want to spend ages doing it. Keeping fit needn’t be a chore. We share how you can get fit in the shortest amount of time possible, but still, get great results.
When life throws curveballs, we show you how to cope and use different techniques to help you keep your cool and stay zen-like.
